We hold your name, date of birth, contact number, wallet reference and device data for one reason: to keep your account open, funded and secure. References from JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast go to the
provider only to confirm a funding or a payout. We never sell your details to list brokers. Retention follows local rules, so transaction records stay for the period the law requires and are then removed.
